On one end of the DoohicKey is a sturdy carabiner clip, allowing you to attach keys to it, or attach the DoohicKey itself to any loop or ring. Opposite the clip is an etched ruler for on-the-spot measurements, and the carabiner opening is strategically shaped to function as a wrench.

On the other end, the DoohicKey features a bottle opener, a flat head screwdriver, and a box cutter. With a streamlined, clever design that makes it easy to carry, attach, remove, and reattach, it's always as at-hand as it is handy.

Shipping & Delivery

► Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on the weight and destination.
► All items are shipped out within 48 hours after full payment has been credited into our bank account.
► All orders are sent out (with tracking number) by either Poslaju (Malaysia) or Pos Malaysia Registered Parcel (International).

Delivery Schedule

► All orders are shipped out every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
► Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within the next 1-2 business day.
► Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out only on the following Monday.

Our Delivery Time

► For Malaysian customers, delivery times vary depending on the locations.
► Most local orders will usually be delivered within 1-3 days of the shipped date.
► For international customers, delivery can take up to 14-30 days depending on locations and customs clearance.

Delivery Notifications

► You will receive a notification by email when your order has been shipped out.
► This notification contains the Poslaju or Pos Malaysia tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.
► You can also choose to have a delivery confirmation sent to your mobile phone via SMS text message.

Missed Deliveries

► If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company (Poslaju) will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office.
► If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address), then we will inform you immediately by phone as soon as we receive the item. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer, there will be an additional charges to resend the items.

Late Deliveries

► In rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one to two extra day.
► We regret that this situation can occur occasionally and is an unfortunate situation, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.
► The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when delivery company itself has an issue. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control.
► Please contact us should your parcel did not arrive within 7 business days (for Malaysian customers) and 30 business days (for international customers).
